When having the appointment, authorities don’t accept P.O Box addresses for the different address verification. Importantly, when seeking the appointment, it’s imperative to understand that you require a fixed fee of $76.50 and $153 for the MMIC Card in Los Angeles participants, where you can either pay in the form of cash or money order or checks. Before seeking the appointment, you must make the payments to authorities at “Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.”
